Dear neighbors:
A few days ago, you received a letter from Comcast-Xfinity announcing the new agreement with the Gables at Bonaventure HOA. It states the features included in the agreement and how you are to proceed to get everything you need.
The new agreement starts on June 1, 2020. We recommend that a few days before you contact Comcast Customer Service Bulk at (1-866-405-9365) to arrange for the equipment that you may need to be sent to you and billing matters related to the new agreement. However, if you have the equipment already you do not need to do anything in that regard. But, you will need to cancel any agreements you may have with Comcast. For example, you need to cancel the internet service you have right now since it is included in the new agreement with Comcast.
Our services include:
1) Xfinity TV:
Digital Preferred and HD
1X1 HD DVR and 1 X1 HD TV Box
2) Xfinity Internet:
Performance Internet with download speeds up to 100 Mbps
Wireless Gateway (Modem)
If you need additional speeds you can upgrade to 200 Mbps for only $10/month.
As we informed you in a previous letter, the quarterly maintenance fee will be $360 beginning July 1, 2020. Additionally, for this upcoming quarter you will pay an additional $35 corresponding to the Internet charge for the month of June 2020. This is a one-time only event. In order to make this transition easier you will have until July 31, 2020 to pay the total of $360 + 35 = $395 without any late fee.
The savings for you are considerable with this new agreement. For example, the cost of the Performance Internet is $73/month, the cost of the Gateway (Modem) is $14/month and the HD Service fee is $10/month for a total of $97/month. Since you will not have to pay for those any longer instead, you will pay only an additional $35/month with a saving of $62/month.
We are very happy with this new agreement and the savings for each member of the community.

Bulk items include, but are not limited to:
- Furniture
- Mattresses and carpets and other large household items
- Large and small appliances such as dishwashers, laundry machines, and stoves.
- Refrigerators or air conditioners must have Freon removed by a certified dealer.
- Mirrors, glass, glass tabletops, windowpanes, and plate glass items should be safely placed in a rigid container to facilitate safe collection.
Items not picked up on your collection day, will be picked up the following day.
NOT COLLECTED: Bulk items DO NOT include contractor-generated material, or household hazardous waste (HHW) including televisions or electronics.
