ARCHITECTURAL GUIDELINES
- Pressure Wash:
  - Roof
  - Sidewalk
  - Fascia
  - Driveway
  - Fence (painted)
- Landscape:
  - Keep grass neatly cut and free of weeds
  - Bushes well-groomed no higher than 6 feet
  - Mulch tree beds and areas where needed
  - Remove dead trees/fronds and stumps
- Exterior:
  - A/C must be concealed from street view with landscape
  - Trash cans must be concealed from view during non-trash pick-up days
  - Mailboxes must be kept clean and in good shape
  - Holidays lights must be taken down right after holiday season ends (by January 15th)
  - Houses are not allowed to keep debris of any kind that can be seen from the street
  - No statues or benches are allowed in front yard
  - Shutters must be removed/closed 10 days after a storm
  - BBQ units are to be kept in backyard and covered when not in use.
- Speed Limit:
  - 15 Mph
- Important Note: As a courtesy with your neighbors, do not forget to pick up after your dog.
